Hi, New Fellow member, and Expat Brit, living in Central NJ.
A couple of weeks agone I bought a Yellow 1974 JH. VIN is 14664, Engine No. D907E-0050Y (though the D may exist a 0). The plate on the driver's door shows VIN 19742, so I guess that was sourced from a donor auto at some point. There is also a ID of BB279 stamped on the upper engine block about the fuel intakes.
The motorcar is in good to excellent status, and is running Dellorto carburetors, which are new to me.
Every guess and light seems to work, save for the clock, only I take not really had hazard to look at everything yet. Some surface rust around the wheels, merely that'southward it.
I have invoices totalling ~$32,000 going dorsum to 1988, including a full respray in 2006, and a couple of total engine overhauls. She seems to take lived in CO, FL, NY and NJ according to the state registration documents that were included in the paperwork I was given.
